Before I jump into all the reasons you should hire me. I’d like to start by congratulating you on your successes. Whether this is your first house or fourth house you are living the American dream and that’s something to be proud of.
Hiring a realtor is a big decision. And I appreciate you even looking at my website. There are many agents to choose from and I know that. So thank you for visiting.
I appreciate my clients very much and it shows in the work I do. My priorities are always next to that of my clients. That’s my job and I love doing it.
My love for homes started before I could see over the kitchen table. I use to draw homes in my Cambridge note books. We were a poor family and my drafting note book was my favorite toy. I really enjoyed getting down to the nity gritty details as I drew. I’d be mindful of traffic patterns through the house; I’d seek the most economical design for construction and then I would proudly gaze at my creation and imagine it if it were real. When visiting people I'd give myself a tour of every home so I could get ideas. When playing with my brother we would make our bunk beds into houses and pretend we were neighbors. And like real neighbors we’d try to out do each other with our kitchens made of boxes or our addition made of pillows. Unlike real neighbors we’d usually end up destroying each other’s houses but that’s what boys do.
My real estate career was not assured as I became an adult. I didn’t like the connotation I perceived to be attached with the trade. One only has to watch American Beauty to see my point. But my love for homes coupled with my need for personal interaction drove me to the business at a young age. And as they say, the rest is history.
I love my jobs and appreciate those who help me stay in business. You should have high expectations of your agent. You deserve it. I promise to all my clients to respect them, care for them, advise them, work diligently for them, and most of all listen to them. I’ll never treat you like just another customer. Everyone has a different set of needs and one method does not work for everyone.
I’ve sold homes that range from the small studio in Capitol Hill to the Majestic estate in wine country. I appreciate all my business. Each of those clients received equal attention and consideration. This business is about the people and one of the most important decisions they’ll make. I work hard because I realize that.
