A quick note from me to you.  
Before I jump into all the reasons you should hire me. I’d like to start by congratulating you on your successes. Whether this is your first house or fourth you are living the American dream and that’s something to be proud of.

Why hire me?
Hiring a Realtor is as important as hiring a good accountant. You hire an accountant because they save you more money than they cost, right? Saving money is everyone’s top priority? We all like the gratification that goes with knowing we got a good deal. So shouldn't you treat hiring an agent as important as hiring an accountant? 
I'm one of very few agents with a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation. (Read more in my buyers or sellers section.) The skills I received from this designation have been amazingly effective. I now have a strategy when preparing for a negotiation. I've learned to identify the different negotiation styles and how to counter them successfully. I put this skill to good use. I’ve saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars. Good preparation and a plan really give us the upper hand when dealing with other agents. That's something anyone can appreciate. Negotiation isn't the only skill to have mastered however, especially for those looking for a listing agent.
Did you know 80% of homebuyers find their homes online? Understanding the importance the Internet plays in this new era of real estate is imperative. You can rest assured I recognize this fact and thrive with the help of technology. My listings are so well saturated online as to be found on the first three pages of Google. Most buyers don't make it past five pages on Google. It would seem to me that I'm able to do something most can't. If agents try to sell you on their "list of contacts" I'd be cautious. An agent with a long list of contacts can't compete with the millions of buyers that utilize the internet each day.  In my estimation it would seem a tech savvy agent would be more desirable, and more likely to sell your home for more money. I listen. I put myself in my client’s shoes. If I do not know something I find out. I’ve researched short sales and pre-foreclosures and how they could affect or benefit my clients. So far I have a 100% success rate closing short sales. The quickest approval I've obtained is one day (the average is 30 days). If you’re looking to find a short sale to buy, I have extensive knowledge of many banks and procedures; as well as, which banks to avoid.
